In 2015, Hubilo was founded with a mission to drive stronger, more meaningful event engagement amongst the brands organizing the event, attendees, sponsors, etc. This mission began with machine-learning powered matchmaking that connected people at an event based upon shared goals and interests. This mission expanded with solutions that met more of the needs of event organizers, such as event marketing solutions, web + mobile app development for events, ticketing, and more.

Then, Coronavirus Hit. Hard.

As the world, and thus events, shut down, so did our

business and pipeline. Overnight, our revenue dropped to $0!

When Coronavirus hit, Hubilo already had experience of 5 years understanding and delivering solutions that met event organizers’ needs. This experience enabled Hubilo to quickly roll up our sleeves to build the MVP for what is, today, the world’s most comprehensive and intuitive platform for virtual and hybrid events.


Today, Hubilo’s mission is to foster greater human connections through the reimagination of events. And we have already started reimagining the future. We know that the future is hybrid and we are obsessed with how this will evolve and how we can revolutionize all events in the most meaningful way for organizers, attendees, sponsors, and partners.
