Once you have logged in to the Hubilo dashboard, add Event Website to your feature set; then go ahead & create the website as per the requirement

We won't charge you anything additional for all that can be accomplished using the dashboard for the feature selected by you and we promise that our Client Success managers will help you with that. However, If there is a customization which required development hours to be invested by our tech team, we shall charge you additionally for that. Your Account Manager will take the initiative and communicate the costs pro-actively to you.

Once the feature is available to you in the dashboard, you can access relevant settings and the app builder under the “Event app” section on the left panel. The content for relevant sections is sourced from the info you put under the Event details Section.

Once the app is submitted by you under the Publish section, Our teams and stores (play store and App store) collectively may take up to 7-10 business days to make the app available on the stores.

If you have already paid for the Networking Platform feature, There is no additional cost for integrating the platform to your website.

Once the event is over we allow the Platform to be active for a period of 1 year from the Invoice date. for a longer duration the billing is done for a renewal.

The reports cannot be downloaded. However, the analytics are available per campaign in the dashboard.

You can create as many campaigns as you want within your designated contract.
