FAQs - Virtual Conference Platform

A virtual conference is focused on knowledge & information sharing, attendee networking, and participant engagement. To host online conference you must decide on a conference format, choose the feature set as per the target audience and market it heavily.

Each activity on either the app or the desktop version is awarded a certain number of points (check the Leaderboard and which activity is awarded what amount of points through the Trophy icon on the upper right corner of the desktop version). You can collect points through activities both on the app and the desktop version of the virtual conference platform.

We recommend using Google Chrome, especially when you are meeting attendees in the Networking Lounge and the Breakout Rooms hosted on the virtual conference software. The vast majority of functions also run smoothly on Safari.

When you open the community link on the virtual conference platform, hover to the attendee’s section, click on the profile pictures of your fellow attendees, online team members, or exhibitors, and their profile page will pop up. The green circle on the upper right side indicates if they are online or not. You can either chat with them right away or request a 1-1 video chat meeting. If you want to video chat with more than one attendee at the same time, head over to the Networking Lounge and grab a table to talk.

Head over to the Networking Lounge where you can interact with two or more fellow participants on a video call. Simply open the Networking Lounge tab, allow access to mic and camera, click on any chair, and start networking.

You can turn your notifications off and on under your profile settings. Just go to your profile and select manage notifications to toggle them on or off.

Yes, we have the Breakout Rooms feature integrated into the software. Clients can host virtual conferences and allow attendees to engage in Virtual Conference Rooms as well.

Hubilo provides a hybrid conference platform to event organizers and planners in order to manage the physical event and virtual event needs simultaneously with an extensive feature set comprising of virtual and in-person functionalities.

Most of the sessions are recorded and made available on-demand on the online conference platform. We aim to have the sessions online ~24 hours after the event has ended. Please note that some sessions might be online later than that.
